ASSURE OR ADDIE?

For me,the most effective way of teaching is ASSURE...the steps are more clear and easy to understand. In Assure you can analize your learners sothat we can know what they need to learn or were we need to start in our lesson,we also need to state our objectives in of our lesson for the students also to have a idea of what will be the lesson,in selecting media and materials,we should be able to consider our students if it will fit to them and if they can easily understand the materials used.And we should use let the students utilize or use thier learning or knowledge for them to be able to participate in the disscussion. If the students have learn something we should see if they really understand or they will not forget the learning by evaluating them and revising their knowledge by improving it.
