Base on my observation... I think the best instructional model is the A.S.S.U.R.E. because it has all the steps or process in making a learner effective. One thing I really like in ASSure is that it requires the learners to participate in every activity whether it is a group work or self activity. So through this, it can help the learner to develop his skills and capabilities it maybe his self confidence, creativity, thinking abililties and etc. In ASSURE, all the steps are very clear and specific so it is more understandable. not unlike the ADDIE model, the steps are not so clearly stated on what to do with the learners enable to be effective. But both of the instructional model has a good effect because the two have the process of analysis which can develop critical thinking to the learner and of course the most important is evaluation which is always place at the last process so that or to be able to know that the learners really understand the given lesson.
